PJ Writing Group creates and implements a plan for you to gather Email addresses and other contact information from customers. We train staff and create, host, and maintain a secure Email and contact information database. Your contact list is continuously updated and managed for the length of the campaign.

2. Creative Messaging Development
Depending on your needs, we can deliver Email postcards or Email newsletters. Our designers develop graphics that fit your brand and image. PJ Writing Group works with you to create incentives that will appeal to and motivate your unique customers.

3. Email Delivery
Individual special offers with expiration dates are delivered when clients join the Email list and on special occasions such as birthdays. General broadcast special offers are delivered to the entire list twice a month. Each Email has a “forward to a friend” link and a “signup to our special offers” link in order to virally grow the list.

4. Campaign Reporting
We deliver monthly reports that show the number of Emails opened, forwarded, new contact names added to the database, etc. We also collect used coupons at the point of sale and present metrics on ROI.

5. Optional Services
We can also promote your new service through the press and guerrilla PR techniques. While a Website isn’t necessary for this loyalty program, we can create, implement, and manage a Website for you.
